As you may know, Ventra Health and ADVOCATE RCM combined forces in January of 2024, and ADVOCATE has operated as a division of Ventra over the past year. Starting in January 2025, ADVOCATE RCM will be known as the “Ventra Health Radiology business unit” and we will retire the ADVOCATE RCM logo internally and externally. There is no action required from you. This is simply a re-branding exercise, and you will still receive the same great billing services!

This final phase is simply a re-branding exercise. You’ll still receive the same great services, and we continue to invest even more in innovation, data & analytics, talent, and white-glove support.
Yes, ADVOCATE email addresses are changing and will look like this: dyana.garcia@ventrahealth.com. However, ADVOCATE email addresses will work indefinitely.
The ADVOCATE website will be redirected to Ventra’s website (www.ventrahealth.com) on January 10, 2025, then it will be closed at the end of the first quarter.
ADVOCATE’s Physician Portal will be available on the Ventra website starting December 28. Simply click Client Login at the top-right of the home page then click Radiology. You will see logins for the Physician Portal and AIMS. Be assured that there are no technological changes, and your Favorite/Bookmark saved to: https://portal.radadvocate.com/Account/Login will still work.

In mid-December we will update ADVOCATE’s LinkedIn page with a message that ADVOCATE is becoming Ventra and encourage ADVOCATE followers to follow Ventra. To follow Ventra, simply navigate to our LinkedIn page and click “Follow.”
Ventra’s Radiology client newsletter will launch in mid-December. If you have been receiving the ADVOCATE newsletter, you will automatically receive the new one. There’s no action required. If you would like to be added to our newsletter distribution list, please sign up HERE.

- Bachelors Degree from Ohio University, and a member of both RBMA and HBMA
- Enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters on family vacations or attending sporting events
