Ventra’s Compliance Team manages risk and aligns our global workforce to deliver compliant, ethical, and efficient revenue cycle solutions that adhere to the guidelines outlined by the US Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General.

Our team of eight compliance professionals has 90 years of combined healthcare experience. They lead a dedicated committee of leaders from across the company.
Policies & Procedures
All colleagues, regardless of location, are required to comply with Ventra’s enterprise policies and procedures, which are updated continually as regulations change.
Regulatory Adherence
We monitor and oversee compliance with federal HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act, as well as applicable state laws.
Robust Training Programs
We provide new-hire and annual compliance training; role-specific training for billing, coding, and collections personnel; and continuous education on protocols and updates.
Data Security & Confidentiality
