Claim Agent
The Claim Agent has two primary focuses. Initially, to identify patterns based on payer behavior and secondly, to resolve the identified denial prior to claim submission.
The team has completed development of the Anesthesia denial prediction model and has begun work on denial prediction models for Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Radiology.
Significant progress has been made in developing components for Claim Agent actionability. The first use case for actionability denial prevention for our Anesthesia clients will go live in early May.
Coding Agent
Work has begun integrating the coding agent for Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine to enable autonomous coding for these specialties. We are starting integration of the autonomous coding solution this month (April) and anticipate that first clients will go live at the beginning of July.
Denial Agent
We have finalized the design for Denial Agent and development is underway focusing on key use cases to support denial management within the platform. Initial release is anticipated this summer for all clients.
Intake and Charge Agent
We have finalized the design for both the Intake Agent and Charge Agent and development for these agents has begun. The initial first release for Intake Agent is planned for August. Our team is conducting demos internally this month.
Voice Agent
We moved the timeline up for Voice Agent to accelerate its availability. Also, we have selected a partner to handle patient calls, offering 24/7 support, multi-language options, and expanded self-service features.
Quality Agent, Follow-Up Agent, Insight Agent
All three of these agents are scheduled to start mid-to-late year.
