“vCision has continued its progression from development into production, with several agents now in early deployment across our client base.  We remain focused on expanding carefully and deliberately — ensuring each agent meets our quality standards before broadening its reach.  I’m pleased to share this quarter’s progress below, along with our current view of the 2026 implementation timeline.”

Claim Agent

The Claim Agent identifies patterns based on payer behavior and works to resolve identified issues prior to claim submission. This agent is live for initial use cases across our Anesthesia and Radiology clients, with automated authorization checks running without manual portal work. Development for our Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine clients is underway.

Coding Agent

The Coding Agent enables autonomous coding for our Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine clients. The first client deployments begin this month, with a structured nine-wave plan that will bring additional Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine clients onto the platform through December 2026.

Denial Agent

The Denial Agent automates the identification and response to claim denials. This agent is live for initial use cases across our Anesthesia clients. Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Radiology clients are in active development.

Medical Record Agent

The Medical Record Agent proactively submits medical records to payer portals ahead of deadlines, reducing denials driven by late or missing documentation. Reconsideration and appeal automation are also included. The Medical Record Agent is live in initial deployment with pilot payers across all clients.

Intake and Charge Agent

The Intake and Charge Agent automates the capture of patient demographic information from intake forms, reducing manual data entry and improving accuracy ahead of claim submission. Phase 1 is scoped for Anesthesia clients and will go live in Q3. Phase 1 will include a review step for lower-confidence extractions before data is written to the billing system, with confident results flowing through automatically. Expansion will happen in Q4.

Voice Agent

The Voice Agent enables automated handling of inbound patient calls, supporting general inquiries, insurance verification, and payment-related conversations, with colleague escalation for complex interactions. Integration is underway, and first client deployments are expected to go live by the end of August for initial use cases for Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine clients. Anesthesia and Radiology clients will follow in Q4.

Follow-Up Agent

The Follow-Up Agent will support automated AR follow-up and claim status outreach. Discovery is underway, with the first use case currently being defined. Go-live is planned for Q4.

Insight Agent

The Insight Agent remains on schedule, with deployment planned for late 2026. Further details will be shared as we approach that milestone in data availability.

Provider Enrollment Agent

The Provider Enrollment Agent will automate and support enrollment workflows. Scoping is underway, with deployment targeted for later in 2026.
